John built his foundation of capital markets and credit policy while in the mortgage business, where he was an aggregator of agency and non-agency mortgage loans. John began his work in commercial real in 2017 as a principal and advisor for tiple net sale-leasebacks. After several years of sourcing, structuring and underwriting triple net commercial deal for a private fund, John founded Haven Capital Advisors in July of 2022.
