Ms. Darby is a founding member of BizWorth and has over 25 years of valuation and advisory experience, having started her career in valuation working for Fortune 50 companies in North America and Europe. She served on the Ethics & Oversight Board of The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and is the President of a NACVA State Chapter. Her certifications include Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) and Equipment Certified Appraiser (ECA). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Baylor University and an MBA from Rice University.
