Tiffany Yates, Ph.D

CEO

Tiffany Yates, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of TED Initiatives, a modern consulting firm that helps organizations transform how they operate, elevate their people and potential, and deliver measurable results that last.
With more than 15 years of experience in talent strategy, organizational transformation, and M&A readiness, Tiffany works at the intersection of people, process, and performance—helping leadership teams navigate growth, acquisitions, and change without losing momentum or talent. She is known for translating complex strategy into execution that sticks, particularly in high-growth and post-deal environments.
Before founding TED Initiatives, Tiffany served as a Managing Director at PwC, where she led talent readiness and change initiatives for mergers and acquisitions, enterprise transformations, and operating model shifts. She has also held senior leadership roles as a Talent Strategist at Grant Thornton, Vice President of Human Capital Strategy at Dale Carnegie, and Chair of a Doctoral Management Department. Earlier in her career, she worked with Cisco supporting enterprise clients and was part of the CEO’s high-performer cohort.
Through TED Initiatives, Tiffany challenges traditional consulting models that stop at strategy decks. Her firm aligns senior-level experts directly to critical roles during moments that matter—before, during, and after a deal—ensuring integration, adoption, and execution are treated as business imperatives, not afterthoughts. TED’s work is grounded in deep business intimacy, accountability, and the belief that if you permit it, you promote it.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ole Miss, a Master’s in Economics from Western Illinois University, and a PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University. She is a PMP, SHRM-SCP, Certified ScrumMaster, and ATD-certified Executive Coach, and has served on multiple professional and innovation boards.
