Host of the M&A Source Podcast

David Dejewski is the host of the M&A Source Podcast and a business leader with a rich background in media, communications, and strategic leadership. David's media journey began in 1994 when he produced Images and Words, the Other Side of D.U.I., a 22-minute film aimed at educating young people about the dangers of drinking and driving. The project was supported by organizations like the US Navy and the College of Charleston. His communications expertise deepened with the launch of three successful podcast programs, the first of which was created in 2005 to reach military healthcare leaders globally during his tenure as Chief for Defense Business Transformation in the Military Healthcare System. David’s second podcast, designed to communicate key concepts to members of a 501(c)(3) he chaired, expanded to a global audience and still garners significant monthly downloads.

David currently serves as the Managing Director at Transworld Business Advisors, specializing in problem-solving, business sales, M&A, and franchising for small and mid-market companies. His professional background spans over two decades, including leadership roles in real estate investment banking at MLC Capital Partners and military transformation efforts at the Department of Defense. As Committee Chair for the Podcast and Webinars Committee at M&A Source, David continues to elevate the M&A profession by fostering conversations that matter. His work with the M&A Source Podcast shares wisdom, tells stories, and builds connections across the M&A community worldwide.

"Communication is the most underestimated and commonly undervalued superpower we have," David says. "This show helps us carry on conversations that matter between conferences, raising the bar for our profession. If our conferences are our bonfires, our podcast and webinars are our little campfires, where we strengthen our tribe of M&A professionals around the world."
